Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of the Vestige — Exposure Intelligence Platform — by customers and their authorized users.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Vestige, the customer declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these terms.
2. License
We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the platform within the scope of the contracted plan.
Reselling, sublicensing, reverse engineering or using the platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws is prohibited.
3. Acceptable use
Vestige observes only the public surface and performs no intrusion, unauthorized authentication or exploitation. The customer agrees to use the output for legitimate security, monitoring and own-exposure investigation purposes.
Using the platform to harass, stalk or improperly expose third parties is prohibited.
4. Availability
We strive for high availability, but no absolute guarantee is given — scheduled maintenance is announced in advance and force-majeure events may affect operation.
5. Intellectual property
The code, brand, models and architecture of Vestige are the exclusive property of Panoptes.
Output generated for the customer belongs to the customer, subject to applicable third-party rights.
6. Limitation of liability
Vestige's total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount effectively paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the triggering event.
7. Termination
The customer may cancel the subscription at any time. Material breaches of these terms allow immediate termination by Panoptes.
8. Jurisdiction
Courts of São Paulo/SP, Brazil, unless otherwise agreed by contract.
