Refund Policy

Vestige offers a free plan for evaluation and paid subscription plans. This policy describes the applicable refund conditions.

1. Free plan

The Community plan is free and lets you evaluate the platform with no financial commitment before subscribing to a paid plan.

2. 14-day guarantee

On paid subscriptions, you have 14 days from the first charge to request a full refund if the platform does not deliver the advertised capabilities.

Requests must be sent in writing to billing@vtg.cx.

3. Renewals

Renewals already charged are not refundable retroactively; cancellation stops future charges and access remains until the end of the period already paid.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are processed by the payment provider, via the original method, within 30 calendar days.
